Don't Go To College When You Are 18

This is good advice for almost every graduating senior.

Unless:

  1. you know exactly what you want to do
  2. the only way to get a job in your desired industry is with a college degree
  3. you can pay for it without massive student loans

Get A Job

Join the Army, mow lawns, start an apprenticeship, make shakes at Dutch bros. Whatever.

You will learn a ton about yourself and what you want to do with your life WHILE GETTING PAID.

College provides similar benefits only you have to pay for them.

And, you probably don't actually know what you want to do when you're 18. There is a very good chance of leaving college with a degree in Political Science, $100,000 in debt and one of the jobs mentioned above.

That's all I have for you.

Eat some turkey....or ham.

Happy Thanksgiving,

Kalian
